I’m so excited to participate in the 2012 Holiday Auction, hosted by Stephanie over at Life Tastes Like Food. She and I met at the FoodBuzz Festival last year, and since then, I’ve been drooling over her delicious recipes, with gorgeous photos to boot! (IÂ made one myself this summer — SO good.)
Stephanie is hosting an auction of holiday treats this year to help a friend of hers who is currently undergoing treatment for leukemia. Fifty percent of proceeds from the auction will go to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and 50 percent will go to directly Lori Hammond, who is making something amazing of her own!
Bidding starts today, and among the many (many) awesome things up for grabs are these chocolate peanut butter pretzel truffles. They’re the perfect combination of salty and sweet, and seriously disappeared when I brought them to a Hanukkah party this weekend, so I hope you’ll enjoy them as much as we did.
